Offer did not change but money consumed

These is hema lakshmi. iam using these mobile from 2 years.i asked to change my offer rate plane.but they did not change it, again i called costumer service center they we do it . but they also did not do that change. now icallto costumer service center they did give att least good responsealso.

so iam giving these complaint plz change my offer now itself. or i will changeto another net work.

these is my last request.
