Unathorised deduction of Rs.99/=00 agaist vas pack 99

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel.

My mobile no is 9955335095

Today Rs.99/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK99 without my permission and that they have activated VAS PACK 99 at their own, where as I have not asked to do the same. What the hell is it.
