Unnecessary deduction from my airtel balance and forced to take a hello tune

Hi,

This is very disgusting to inform you that I had just got an airtel connection. Firstly I was forced to take a hello tune even if I dont want it secondly you were unnessarily deducting my balance everyday. Its upto you to improve your customer support at Chennai or else may force me to cancel my connection and opt for another service.
