I m a airtel prepaid user and my name is ankit goyal and mobile no. is 09760449177. Sir i m using net on phone on airtel. Sir in the date of 27july 30Rs was deducted from my mobile by airtel after deducting i complained on airtel custumer care service and they said to me shahrukh khan pack was used by u but i said to them that i did not use this pack so they returned my 30Rs but after one day in the date of 29july they again deducted 30Rs and i again called them but they again said to me that u have used shahrukh khan pack and again i said i have not used this pack but they didnt give the answer and cutted my phone so sir plz help me bcoz they again n again deducting my money from my phone plz help me.
