Unproper service and complaint is not solved yet in the given period of time

Sir,

Regarding the subject i am the dsl customer of the airtel broadband services. ANSHUL TIWARI with airtel account no 075514120467 . I have submitted a complaint due to not working of braodband at my home on 22/07 for the repairment with the complaint number 22286822 .the airtel officers assured to provide service till 23 jul till 4:20 pm but no satisfactory result has been seen and again recomlainig on 27 jul they assured to make it on 29 but yet till today 30 jul nothing is happend. I do intraday trading online through RELIANCE MONEY and due to this inconvenience from the last 10 days i had loss of near about 20000-25000 RS .

regarding this matter airtel is also informed but no satisfactory result has been seen
