I had a very BAD Experiance with Airtel Mobile service. One day there was certain Amount was certain amount deducted from my prepaid account, i spoke to customer service they putted me on hold for 10 mins. after they disconnected my call, then i again called on Customer Service, they said you are having one VAS (Mitti Ke Rang) is activated, which i never requested earlier. Then they said we will deactivate this. Again after 2-3 Days my friends said when they call me they listen some songs. I checked my Prepaid A/c Balance i have seen Rs.30/- was deducted for Hello Tunes. I spoke to them, they said by mistake they did. I dont know, if Airtel are not capable to handle massive customer base, why they always commited for Good Customer Service. Today the situation is i never suggest my friends to go for Airtel. Such a BAD Company. Please do not use Airtel, they have cheated me alot.
