Loss of balance/after paying, still my no.is not activated, still its saying, its under grace period

My prepaid account blance on 10 Aug is 800 and on 11 Aug my blance is 701.00. i was complain the customer care. But customer care has nt solved my problem. please tell in which thing my blance 99 was loss. Customer care people said, i downloaded some software, but vich i nvr did

Yesterday (Dated-29/11/07) i get my mobile recharged by Rs375/-, but still i wnt be be able to receive and make calls, still it says, pls recharge yur mobile, its under grace period. I am really fed up from this airtel connection, its really a hell. I wont suggest any1 to go for hell connection. Now tell me whom to contact or vat to do.
