Un-nessecary charges even after de-activation of connection

Hi All,

I ma using Airtel for the last one year and intially at the very first when I contacted airtel about my data call facility in my data sim, they made it perfect & correct for the first the first 2 sim cards.

So I thought the service would be good & nice for further use. So I requested for more 12 numbers in past 3 months but I faced a bad and ubeliviabled worst service from most of the airtel outlet even the main Santhome showroom one of it.

Actually no data service was been activated for 12 numbers which is taken in last 3 months and atlast after more problem we got it by this month november.

And once we got this we surrenderred some of two number which bought first on novermber 1. As our billing period is from 25-25 of every month, the last bill for these two number which received by november 11 and we paied it. And once now on december 3" 07 once again we received a bills for the two numbers which we surrended on 1 of november.

And the issue seems to be continued. This is one of the problem that we faced in the past 6 months.

We have more problems that can't be explained now in this. So I would like to meet the higher authority in airtel so they should have power in sorting this. Please recommend me the person to meet.
