Not able to receive incoming calls

Hi,

This is a complain regarding the airtel number of my aunt in Delhi. I recharged her airtel mobile number using online banking facility and her validity was extended and the balance was also credited to her account. But from last Saturday i.e., 1st Dec she is not receiving incoming calls on her cell. She can make outgoing calls but while calling her it says "number not reachable". I have complained to airtel several times and every time they have promised to resolve it in 24 hrs but with no help. My complain number with airtel is 2120306292500. She is a Delhi region airtel prepaid customer.
