I live in meerut . my airtel cell no is 9997867023 on this no gprs facility was not avilable after sevral request later on they provide this service. then i request to customer care officers namely ajit, roma, and others i does not recollect their name at this movment but they do not responed properly and do not give any information for gprs settings to connect with my pc. when i request again to them they terminate my customer care service. for this uncooprative act i deeply shoked and hurted. kindiy help me.
