Customer care sucks, when ever you call they are not concerned with the issue. more concerned with there script flows and and standard answers are given to customers irrespective to their issues, they do not know how to behave to loyal customer. They disconnected my broadband connection without intimation. I have not crossed by credit limit all though. i called in customer care to get it activated but they are making all false statements and not even raising request to get my broadband activated. I have made almost 7 calls in a day, and customer care executive says we do not have single record at our end.
That is wonderfull airtel customer care centre experience.
