Cash payment did'nt credit to the account

HI,

this is SUSHIL BOUNTHIYAL i m a postpaid customer of airtel since almost 2 years, on 8th of august i paid 2630/rs.by cash against my airtel bill (bill period 20june09 to 19jul09) at the airtel store (airtel exclusive outlet) at link road, malad west. but it did not credited to my account till 22nd august, and the airtel company barred my outgoing for nonpayment of the bill. i mailed them, visited to the airtel relationship centers at kandivali west and malad west but in vain... pls help.
