I have a Airtel post paid mobile connection in Bangalore, India.
They disconnected outgoing facility, when the bill exceeded the credit limit. Even after paying the money, the connection was not restored and the call center people say that they are not able to get the status due to system maintenance. This happened for 3 days continuously.
They were swift to disconnect it, but lethargic to reconnect the same, after payment of money. They promised that it will be done in 4 hours, but even after 36 hours after paying the money, nothing happens.
All hollow claims of customer service and customer satisfaction!!
