Subject: Irresponsive and misguiding of customer on the Airtel Boradband D.P Shifting issue of Tel. NO.: 0120-4207935
Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is to inform you that I am the Airtel Braodband customer (A/c ID: 13559738) since 15th February and paying my broadband bills on time.
On August 21st I have requested for the shifting of DP from the Wall of Neighbour’s house that was going to be broken for their reconstruction work. But the DP hadn’t shifted till 24th of August (the wall was broke that night). Then I re-complain for the above on 24th August.
Every time I was assured by the Customer Care Executive that it will be resolved by tomorrow. But the case is still unresolved. I am mentioning below the dates of complain.

As mentioned above, the commitment hasn’t fulfilled by your side. Due to these irresponsive services, I have failed to give 2 online examinations and other important work.
Now this way of misguiding a customer and irresponsive services, I am suffering from the loss. I wouldn’t like to be your customer any more.
I will pay the last outstanding amount, but you are requested to cancel my broadband services.
