I have recently converted my no. (9987430421) from postpaid to prepaid and submitted all my details at Airtel gallery, Thane but with in a week, I had received a message that please submit prepaid enrollment form so, I visited again to that gallery and that person had told me not to worry, your documents are o.k., we shall not stop your service but after three days my services were stopped so, I visited again and told them about the problem and they told me to submit address proof again though I have submitted once and was approved from them. And it was told to me that within 24 hours they will continue my service but they have not done still. I have mailed to airtel 121 but they have not given me any reply. Tell me what to do.
