Complaints are not handeled properly

Hi,

I was subscribed to hello tune service. I have selected one kannada song. But some times callers are getting randomly some dialogues of hindi movie. I have lodged complaint against it for 2 times. They told, it will be corrected in 2 days. But still that pb was there. Then I unsubscribed to that service.
