Gclub.in unsubscription not done after complaints

Sir,

I had already registered a complaint with you regarding the gclub.in service subscription without my knowledge and consent and had requested you to help me unsubscribe this service for which I have already lost lots of money. But till now nothing has been done and one of the services is active for which I may again be charged some money unneccessarily.

So please help me unsubscribe this service and get back the money to my credit which I have lost till now.
