My name is Harcharan & i am a resident of 46-B Janta Flats, Krishna Enclave, Ahok Vihar Ph-III New Delhi 110052.
I have previously applied for a Airtel Broadband connection about 6 months ago. These people were provided with all the requirements (as in application form, money, & documents) about 1 month after they mentioned that they can't provide a broadband connection as there is no wire there. I got the refund back after 4 months after getting back to the lives of Airtel outlet which is near my house.
A few days back about the begining of Sept., a lady by the name of Tanisha called me to know if i am interested in applying for a broadband. I informed her of the case which happened earlier. She got my address & said she will callback after checking.
She called after 5 minutes assuring me that they will be able to provide with the connection with 2 to 3 days. I again filled up the application gave them the cash & the documents requested.
For the last few days i tried calling them but nobody is picking up the phone, if someone picks up they say they will arrange for a callback, but no one calls back. I had a word with Isha, Amit & Tanisha but they arranged a callback but nobody called. I am really pissed of with the kind of treatment given & the customer service received. I would like to formally register this COMPLAINT.
Could we please check if something can be done.
