Misbehavior by the customer care employee

I'm an army officer serving in north eastern india, in the month of may i was at my home for vacations for 2 months. so i called up the customer care no. of airtel and asked them to give a internet connection. the connection was given in the next 2 days, when i was about to leave i called up at the customer care number again and asked to remove the connaction. the bill for the two months was paid by me, but as they failed to discontinue my connection the bills kept adding up. now i'm not able to come back till jan to sort out the matter as i'm located in a jungle somewhere. on 26th dec a customer care employee calls up and abuses me very badly. this is not done as the fault is with the system itself for thier inability to discontinue my connection and over that they are upto abusing me and giving threats for my family.
