Getting calls from unknown airtel numbe

Hi,

I am getting unknown calls from anonmyus number ie 9985893056 I have asked him not to call on my number but he is not listening and rudely he is saying he will call again, please help me out..

Or let me know any remidy to get rid of these kind of people, Do we any women right forums so that i can complaint there regarding this?
