I called the customer care service to inquire about vouchers to reduce calls to mobile phones in united kingdom. I specifically asked about mobile phones. The customer care executive advised me to recharge with Rs 79/- voucher with which, according to her, my calls to mobile phones in U.K. would cost 2.99rs/min. After getting the recharge done my calls were charged at 9.20Rs/min. When i registered a complaint after about 72 hours another executive tells me that the voucher reduces call rates to landline numbers in U.K.
