CUSTOMER CARE, KERALA

I have been using airtel for more than one and half years. Now i am receiving alerts in my mobile and they are deducting Rs.2 daily. I have called about 3 times in the past 3 days to deactivate the alerts and every time i am told that it will be deactivated in 24 hours.but i think that 24 hour has not come so far. I am not at all satisfied by the situation and please help
