Billing Period : 02/08/09 To 01/09/09.

Wrongly Charges in My Airtel Bill For the period 02/08/09 to 01/09/09. In my above metion Mob. No. I have activated Rs. 100/- M2M Pack (600 min. A2A free & Other mobile 0.50 Paise Call Charges). I closed this M2M Pack on Dt. 27/08/09 therefore u collected rent Rs. 83.87 For 26 Days therefore pro Data base I have right to 500 min A2A Free. But in my bill u discount only Dt.02/08/09 to 10/08/09 then after dt 11/08/09 to 27/08/09 u apply Normal Call Charges (Rs. 1/- per min.).when u collected rent till dt. 27/08/09 so, I have have right to discount for the dt. 27/08/09. therefore I already launch complaint to your customer care ref.no.28357236. I recd.call against my complaint they told me no wrongly charges debited in my bill, how can it is possible.

So, I request u do needful & revise wrong charges & issue me new fresh bill with in two days other wise I launch complaint against AIRTEL in Consumer protection wrongly chages.
