This is the third time, i am complaining about bollywood fusion subscription service from airtel.
I have already complained to unsubscribe the service through customer care center but there is not at all response from AirTel and i have been charged Rs. 15/- per week.
4 days before i got an sms from 55678 stating "to unsubscribe bollywood fusion goto (http://203.200.118.92/airn/subs/BUNSUB.aspx)". But the site is not working.
R u going to do something or not???
If it is not done quickly then unfortunately i have to visit Customer Protection Council as per Customer Protection Act 1987.
