Account is blocked & no customer care service

I bought airtel friends prepaid simcard on 4th jan & on 6th jan my account has been blocked asking me to call on 9890098900 for further help without any prior information or notice of disconnecting my services & yet when i call up on given customer care no. there is no executive to help me out xcept computerised voice giving out new offers..i would like to know after charging me 200 rs. for the simcard with enough balance & validity period why my services have been disconnected & now what the hell am i supppose to do as there is no executive to help me out in your call center..or am i suposse to take that airtel is running a scam of looting people by collecting money in name of simcard & jus no services..airtel sucks bigtime & ifno help given by tommorow i would not only stop using airtel but amke it sure dat 100s of people whom i know using airtel stop doing that
