I am the owner of an Airtel Telephone and Broadband Connection. My Telephone number is 080-41469351.
On the 28th of September, I had applied for shifting of my phone connection to my new residence, which is just 1 road away from my old residence. The service number for this is 108331. It’s already been 3 weeks and till today the phone connection has not yet been established. For 3 weeks, I am living without telephone and internet connection. I was told that this request should take a maximum of 3 working days but it is now 3 weeks.
Since then, I have been regularly calling the Customer Care for getting updates on this but that has not been helpful at all. The two additional complaint numbers are: 25419274, 25106518. Every time, a new person receives my call and tells me they will put a “strong” email to the “concerned” department, and that it will be resolved by the end of that day. So many days have passed but nothing has happened.
