This is Nazeer. I would like to cancel the above two connections. Both the connections are in my name (Nazeer Pasha). I have taken another connection with benefits of unlimited airtel to airtel free. I kindly request your goodness to help me in cancelling the connection at earliest. I have called customer care regarding this issue but the response that I received was not so good.
a) My first call to customer care today was about 12 mins. The executive said he will be transferring the call to Cancellation department but it was not connected for about ten mins, I had to disconnect and then make a second call.
b) My second call was for about 5 mins. In my second call I expressed my anger for making me wait for 12 mins and call was not transferred to cancellation department. The executive promised me that call would be transferred at earliest…..after two mins call gets disconnected automatically.
c) In my third call, I expressed all my anger and then the executive took the request to cancel the connection and informed me that I will get call in 24hrs. Here are the request numbers: 28972040 and 28972089. After sometime I get a message that it will be resolved by 5th of November.
For your process purpose why should I pay the rental unnecessary? I need to cancel the connection at earliest. Any amount you charge me after 25th of November will not be paid. If possible block all incoming and outgoing calls effective now for above two numbers. Any claimed amount charged after 25th of November would be taken to consumer forum.
I want you to cancel the above two connections ASAP. Any outstanding balance will be made if it is required.
