Paid Money But No Connection

I am residing at adambakkam, i have planed to get new net connection for that i approached airtel agent Agarval Infocom, Parris, chennai. I paid him 2400 (14.10.09) on the same day with registration forms. He told me in your area board is free so no problem we will give you the connection in 2 - 3 days. But today (27.10.09) till now i dint get net connection. I asked the agent (Agarval) they told in your area there is no box available. So we canceled your application. And i asked for my cash back he told we wont give you the cash and signed documents. For this stupid agents AIRTEL as to take some immediate action on Agarval Infocom.
