I Md. Shakir Ahmed, customer of Airtel service and my no. is 9831780908. I was activated Frenzo Chat service on my mobile and used two months only. This service was blocked after two months. I made contact with airtel customer care and informed them about my problem. They assured me to activate the service soon, but they don't. Also airtel is taking charge Rs. 20/- fortnightly form my account against this service, but this service is still blocked. I was also contact with Senior Executives, Mr. Krishnandu Das and Ms. Gouri Paul regarding this problem. They only give me assurance. I am physically and economically harrased by Airtel company.
Therefor, I request you to take necessary step.
