Wrongly charge

Espected sir,

I beg to state that my phone number is 09898942455.on 31/12 I was wrongly charged of rupees 130.for downloading something but in reality i have not downloaded anything.it was computer mistake and automatically sms came and amount deducted from my acount when i talked to customer officer then they not gave me proper response moreover one officer threaten me and said me whatever you do we will not refund money. so i request you to consider my complaint and give positive response.
