I was using airtel postpaid for the last 4 years and recently I have decided to make it pre paid as good offers schemes are available for pre paid. I did this at their main office @ banergatta Road and submitted all the required proofs like License copy, pan card copy, 2 photos, declaration etc etc [I will get a passport easiy if I give this much]. Also a security deposit of 500 is with them which I have paid when I took the post paid.
But after 1 week they have barred all the out going calls telling I have not submitted documents... I called their so called customer service which was even horrible... they simply tell u need to submit docs... for that visit airtel outlet... I am there customer for last 4 years and regularly paid all the bills... and interestingly for them I was a good customer and documents doesn't matte
