WRONG BALANCE DETECTION & CUTMERCARE EXECUTIVE MIS BEHAVE

Dear sir

i am ajay kumar pandey, i am using airtel sim. my mobile number is 09755195049, in my no.7th nov. 2009 ten rupees wrong detection occured, i complined in customer care but not desired response given to me & also talk to me in not a good manner and i am not activating any services.this type of wrong detection are in my no. mostly occured.

so please give my 10 rupees balance as soon as possible.
