Complaint still not Processed

Res Sir,

My cell no 919960325309 (prepaid) was in Friends-1 plan. But on 2 nov some one whom i do not know changed the plan to Freedom 1 sec pulse plan but recharging it with 64 rs. Also when this person did recharge on my no (i do not know about the whereabouts of this person) i did not receive any sms about it. But i did not recharge it, i would like to make it loud and clear. Even i knew about this change in my plan only on 4-5 nov night when i lost 40 rs as a call deduction that i made to an airtel no. Then i immediately called on 121 where they told me that there was a recharge on 2 nov at 7:20 pm on my no for freedaom plan and the transaction id being 90000000000773930752 and amount being 64 rs. But i did not do this recharge and i made them aware of it too during this call on 121. they told me to go to Airtel Relationship centre in the morning of 5 nov. I wen on to the Airtel office on 5 nov and booked a compliant regarding this on 999 (Hotline no) at 10:10 am the complaint no being 110511624100 and the executive incharge was Mr. Pandurang Samant and he told mt wait for next 24 hrs for the change in plan. But this wait got longer. Twice again i called up at 121 regarding the status of my complaint and they all told me to wait for 48 hrs. Still no trace of my complaint being processed and my plan being changed to my earlier old plan i.e. Friends 1 plan. I would like to make it again clear that i did not do this recharge and why willl i take pains to undergo this tension if i would hv done this recharge. I lost my 40 rs as well my plan got changed. I do not want this plan. I only want my old Friends1 plan back with as it is condition of that earlier plan. Please it is a humble request to see into this matter.
