We, a corporate company has 21 AirTel mobile connnections, landline and leased line connection for our Internet purposes. We use to receive the mobile phone bills only after the due to of payment and the same has been informed several time and request them to waive the late payment charges but nothing has happened, instead, AirTel has de barred some facilities without giving any communication and Information.
Further, AirTel Customer Care Centre personnel uses to call all our numbers and started thereatening by asking the payment, despite after our clear explanation on the late receipt of bills, they act on their own and debarring the facility and raising our mental agony by keep on calling and asking about the payment details.
It is really pathetic and putting us in stress and hence we could not concentrate on our routines. This has to be stopped by AirTel immediately and in case of any discrepancies the same has to be resolved by deputing a responsible person to the customer end.
