New Prepaid sim stopped working after 4 days

I bought new prepaid simfrom Nehru Place, Airtel Office on 7th Nov. It starts working next day, but suddenly on 13th Nov, It Stops working. I came to Airtel Office on 16th Nov., i think even they don't know about the problem, they are saying televerification was wrong.

But I had my televeriffication, I think all infrequired at time of televerification i had given that and verifier was also satisfied. Even verification of person i had given refrence is also quite satisfied from his side.

Airtel persons are saying televerification is wrong and customer care is saying documents not recieved tiill date to them.

Now what should i do. As a customer whats our mistake. My question is likeif they are sayiong verification is wrong, have they informed me this thing on 13th Nov when they blocked my no.

Why i am suffering for this problem.
