E-bill not recieved for Jul-Aug

Even after making payment on time, the ebill was neither recieved in my mailbox nor its available in the website. Following up with airtel for 4 months. Attended 1000 calls, no solutions yet. I need this bill as this is an corporate connection and I need to produce it to the HR for getting reimbursement.
