Excess billing... credit limit have been set & even a password confirmation registered but always gives excuses for more bill... now more than double charge... have complained to ARC personally 3 times but NO response... phone complaints more than 2 times. but No Reply... My Phone line is barred & I m getting harassment calls for payments on my other mobile No.

what is the remedy for the same.
