10Rs. was being deducted from my mobile number - 9867912624 for job alerts. We had not subscribed for this and when the customer care dept was contacted they said that an activation message was sent from the mobile. This is simply not true because the mobile is always with my parents and they have not sent a single sms from the phone till now.
