Respected Sir,
There is a complaint against Airtel (U.P. West). I find that HELLO TUNE is active on my mobile ph. When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was a lady, miss. Kour. I asked her, how Hello Tune is active on my ph. named without my request. She replied, it may be, while you dial a ph. No., at same time you push no. 4 and that no. is for that HELLO TUNE. Again I said, pl. don’t send any SMS or any call, which is for advertisement. It’s your mistake. I asked, my mistake, how? I don’t know. Than I requested to her to forward a complaint about it. She said, you will pay the money, and complaint can’t be forward against it. She talked very badly, I feel, I am helpless. I can’t sleep, I feel very upset. Really, I can’t express my emotions. After that, I said, I will closed my no. She said, first paid your bill, closed it. I have been this no. for last 3 years. But, this time, I am feeling bad. I can’t sleep, I am hearing her roundly voice.
Than, I contact Airtel Amroha branch, and told about this. She said, you will pay the charge of this; you can close your ph. How can they do it?
I am so sad and hope that how can help me. This is my last effort.
