I have an Airtel mobile prepaid connection from Andhra Pradesh with a lifetime validity. The mobile number is 9959347617. I am presently residing at Wellington (Tamil Nadu) and was using the phone with a recharge of Rs 222. But today when I recharged the phone with Rs 222, the message received showed that the talk time is Rs 2.22 only. i tried to call up customer care of airtel and even the manager of Airtel at Coimbatore Mr Pradeep, but no one is receiving any calls despite having tried for more than two hours. I have two complaints with Airtel: -
(a) Recharge of Rs 222 has not been affected and the shopkeeper says it is not his fault. i have lost the money.
(b) THere is no one from customer care available to listen to my complaint.
