I do not have any payment due to them. My dynamic credit limit is 5000.00. On Saturday evening they stopped my outgoing call and I was not able to call to customer care. Finally when around 9:30 PM I was able to call they said it's mistake from their end and the service will be activated in few minutes. I tried after couple of hours and still the service was stopped. Again I called the customer care and this time the reason they gave is excess usage!!! I was not having any amt due and my credit limit is 5000 and how can they make such a statement. Then they said I am making too many ISD calls and hence it's security issue. Now I do not understand how does it bothers them if I make ISD calls? Where security got in? If DoT has a policy on those lines...
Anyway the number got activated the next day morning only to be disconnected the next day that is today morning. This time again I got a response saying excess usage and I got an SMS saying my usage had reached 6528.00 and I have to make an payment of 5028!!!
I want to sue the guys for not respecting the basics of service philosophy...
