How to claim the prize money

Hi This is bhaskar. I got a message to mobile saying that i won 500, 000 prize money for my mobile number.

and mentioned that to claim the money using this email id so can u please suggest me how can i claim the prize money and what are the things i have to submit and the remaining process.
