Sir,

I address to you that I have bought an airtel sim no. 8953645352.last week with submitting all my documents required. The shop (Bharat Medical Store) where the sim was bought by me has sent all my document to airtel shop. the shopkeepar of Bharat Medical Store has no fault in it. I also recharged Rs. 100 for using internet. Now airtel service has closed my sim. so how can I use internet via this sim and where my documents gone. Only airtel and its employees are responsible for this matter because they can lose my documents.

Therefore I request you to ask airtel customer care to activate my airtel sim. Please help me.
