Dear Sir
I had a complaint about wrongful Charges, my mobile no. 9898809425, and on that matter I had contacted to customer care about the matter, with, Supervisor named Ms. Kinjal Mistry, she had misbehaved with me like anything.
She had deny to transfer my call to Manager, and on or above that she had told me that "i would not transfer your call to manager and even you will not get any refund, what you are asking for.
I am highly unsatisfied with answer giver by her. I want a written appology from Ms. Mistry.
