Delay in deactivation of scheme

I had already had a word with a few of your customer care executives and they are unable to solve my problem. And one of your executives is Ashwini who is a floor supervisor, has no relevant information about the query. The problem is that, in the month of january, without any request they activated laughter club scheme, in which Rs30 got deducted. When i called the service centre one of the executive gave a no. to me n said that if i cal then the scheme will be deactivate. I called on the concerned no. thrice in the month of january and february. But scheme didn't got deactivated and on 3 march 08 another deduction was done of Rs30.So, i request to repay the money to my no.9810148508, n plz take some action as soon as possible.
