I am facing the network coverage problem from last one year, several times I had talk with customer care also but there is no any improvement. Now days I am facing one more problem that within a CUG plan my connection getting cuts in 30 sec only. Now the only solution is with me that break the service & need to suffer the number change. This is kind request that if your taking the service charge as equal to the other service provider & delivering the worst facility like this then you please shut down the company & give a chance to public to move the other provider at least without any tension they use the facility.
