Enquiry about the pull back

I recharge my mobile No 9867283080 on 1st March for Rs 222 at 2.00 pm.By Mistake money got transferred to No 9867383080. Now the person who has charged my mobile did'nt guide me about the pullback at all and when i came to know about it and i ask him he was not ready to listen to me at all. Later on he showed me the message which he sent to his dealer for the pull back on his no. His Phone no. is 9820207441 and his address is Mahavir Frames 105, Cresent Mansion, Pandita ramabai Road, Opp. Gamdevi Police station, Gamdevi, Mum-07. He says the pull back takes six months. I just want to know if the money is pulled back on his no or not. Because i have no other way to find about that. I hope for a positive response.
