Airtel portfolio manager not working

Recently I subscribed for airtel Portfolio Manager services. But after installation, I cannnot add or search the stocks with stock ID. "Please Wait" message is coming in phone and phone keep on searching endlessly. I asked to 121 about this problem for several times but I did't get any solution. I have nokia 6300 set which is compatible for this service.
