I had not been receiving bills for three months or so before Dec 07; only getting SMS reminders inspite of having asked for the bill.

On 5 Feb however, on my request to the local office, I had a visit from your rep and after having examined my case in detail, he concurred that the so-called late payment charges were not justified as bills had not, been received. In addition since roaming charges had been waived and the cost actually included in 'call charges' separate charge for roaming was not in order. He gave a corrected version of leviable charges which came to Rs 328.00 I gave a cheque for Rs 400.00 which included an advance payment of Rs 72.00 .

Now I have received a bill which does not take into account the corrections made by Airtel's visiting rep. I have spoken to him thrice since receipt of the latest bill.and he is expected to see me on 17th, a day after the last date of payment mentioned on SMS. Grateful for attention at appropriate level. Please advise
