Bill even number not active

Hi,

This is Vikram Kalsan.

I am working as project lead in HCL.

I have just recently taken a new AIRTEL corporate connection.

And see what I have faced is the so called famous thing about Airtel.

They never give you correct bill.

Now please read this mail carefully, as can not go on telling the same story to the call center executives who do not know how to talk to the customer.

See my number is 9717397740.

This number is activated on 11th or 13th of March.

Just now I receive a message that around Rs. 5000 is due on my side.

I was shocked to read that and immediately called customer care and he told me that around Rs.6000 is due.

He said that my bill is sent to me on 4th of March and he himself said that my number is activated on 11th or 13th exact I am not sure.

Then I asked him how come you can send me the bill on 4th.

Then that stupid guy told me that Sir, you have to pay the bill.

This is ridiculous, even a fool knows this commonsense that it is activated last week how come you can send me a bill generated on 4th.

See, I am in HCL and I am using corporate connection and I will not tolerate this kind of nonsense.

Kindly see to this and immediately this should be solved.

I have heard Airtel giving call to fraud customers that they have filled a case in court for late payment of bills.

See I am using one broadband also on number 40511924, and all bills are timely paid you can verify that.

I was using 9811128224 and I was paying bill upto 2000 on regular basis without any delay.

But I will not tolerate this thing with me,

Now I am seriously saying if this is not corrected and I do not get a apology call I will make this a issue and put a case in consumer court of harassing the customers and of mental torture.

I will write mails to NDTV and AAJTAK for the services provided by airtel.

What you show in your Advertisement, “Garv se bolo Hello”, what is this.

Sending fake bills and then harassing people to make payment.

I have links to all extent and I will not leave anything to make sure that AIRTEL sees to it that it is not repeated again in future.

Let me know the things immediately else on Monday I will file a court case and see to it that at least 10 times of what I have been asked for, I will get from airtel for mental harassment and torture.

If this can not be solved disconnect my number immediately and bill I will surely pay you in court, you will really see how to mess with a genuine customer.
